- The College Courtyard Apartments offer large fully furnished four bedroom/two bath apartments. Each bedroom features a sink and vanity.

closet, a dresser, and a desk with chair. Cable, telephone service and cable modem available. Free DSL in each bedroom. The living room has a futon couch, coffee

microwave oven. Each apartment provides a kitchen table and chairs.

system at the front gate to contact residents who can release the gate from the apartment. Each apartment has fire sprinklers
